TERMS & CONDITIONS
POLICIES
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure event date. Final balance is due five(5) days before your event.
Cancellations
We get it — plans change.
- 14-21 days out: Full refund or free reschedule
- 7-13 days out: 60% of deposit refunded
- 4-6 days out: 50% of deposit refunded
- 0-3 days out: Deposit is non-refundable
Custom items like cakes, signs, and desserts are non-refundable. Voucher or pickup options available. Refunds take 5-7 business days.
Rentals & Time
Inflatables & water slides: 8 hours max. Pickup by 8:00 PM.
Decor/Catering items require a $50.00+ security deposit, refunded when returned with no damage.
Setup Requirements
Please have the setup area clear of cars, garbage, and obstacles before we arrive. IPR staff cannot remove items. Failure to clear the area may result in extra fees or cancellation.
Damages & Use
We do NOT provide tablecloths for food stations, sip & paint, or other high-stain activities. Client is responsible for damage or excessive cleaning. Equipment cannot be moved without IPR approval.
Weather
IPR may cancel for extreme weather, heavy rain, or high winds. You’ll be offered a reschedule date or a refund per our cancellation policy.
